Terms of sale
Terms of sale
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These terms of sale apply to any access to ODASTRA taken out by a consumer: monthly or annual subscription, partner offer, free trial. They supplement the terms of use. ODASTRA Business access, paid for by an employer, is governed by the contract concluded with that employer.
1. Seller
[Raison sociale], a [forme juridique] with a share capital of [montant du capital social], registered with the Trade and Companies Register of [ville du greffe] under number [numéro SIREN], registered office: [adresse du siège social], EU VAT number: [numéro de TVA intracommunautaire].
Customer service: [email protected].
2. Plans and prices
Monthly subscription: EUR 9.90 per month, no commitment.
Annual subscription: EUR 59.90 per year, paid once for twelve months of access.
Both plans unlock the whole catalogue and every feature of the app, including offline listening. Prices include all taxes for France. In other countries, the price that applies is the one shown by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase, in your currency and with local taxes.
3. Ordering and payment
You subscribe in the app and pay through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. The store charges the payment method linked to your account when you confirm the purchase and at each renewal, and sends you the receipt. We never have access to your bank details.
The contract is concluded when you confirm the purchase in the store's window, after reading these terms of sale.
4. Free trial
A free three-day trial lets you discover ODASTRA. It requires no payment method and never turns into a paid subscription on its own: at the end of the three days, access stops, and you are free to choose whether or not to subscribe.
The trial requires a verified email address. It is granted only once per account and only once per device, however many accounts are opened on that device. It gives access to the sessions open to the trial, as shown in the app, for streaming only; downloading for offline listening is reserved for paid subscriptions.
5. Partner offer
A partner code, shared by an ODASTRA creator or ambassador, unlocks a dedicated offer: two months of unlimited access for a single payment of EUR 9.90 instead of EUR 19.80, preceded by a free three-day trial. The two months start when the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged, the offer ends and the code counts as used.
The offer does not renew. When it ends, access is paused, and you choose yourself, in one tap, whether to continue with the monthly or annual subscription, or to stop. Nothing is charged without that choice.
Only one code is accepted per account and per device, permanently. A code is personal, has no cash value, cannot be combined with any other offer, and is only valid within its time limit and number of uses.
6. Term, renewal and price
The monthly subscription renews automatically every month, and the annual subscription every year, until you cancel it. The store charges the renewal within the twenty-four hours before the end of the current period.
For the annual subscription, we remind you, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of each year, that you may choose not to renew it, in accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code.
If we change the price of a subscription, you are informed in the app, and by the store under its own rules, at least thirty days before it applies to you. Where the store requires your consent, the subscription is not renewed without it. You can always cancel free of charge before the renewal date, and a new price never applies to a period already paid for.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, from your store's subscription settings:
• on iPhone or iPad: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions;
• on Android: Google Play, then your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current period. Access stays open until the end of the period already paid for; the current period is not refunded pro rata, except where the law provides otherwise. When access ends, downloaded sessions can no longer be played.
Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a rule, you have fourteen days from subscribing to withdraw, without having to give a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
ODASTRA is digital content supplied without a physical medium, available as soon as you buy it. Under article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once access has begun, provided both of the following conditions are met: you expressly asked for access to begin before the end of the fourteen-day period, and you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent and this acknowledgement are requested at the time of purchase, through an action separate from accepting these terms of sale, and are then confirmed to you in writing.
If these conditions are not met, you keep your right of withdrawal for fourteen days. To exercise it, send us a clear statement at [email protected], for example using the model form in section 13. The refund is made within fourteen days by the store that took the payment; we trigger it ourselves where the store allows it, and otherwise tell you how to request it.
The free trial is not a purchase and is not concerned.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services set out in articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. If the Service does not conform to what was agreed, you can have it brought into conformity or, failing that, obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract. For a subscription, this guarantee covers the whole period during which the Service is supplied to you.
Please report any defect to [email protected].
10. Access provided by an employer
With ODASTRA Business, your employer pays for your access. You activate it with a personal code or with your work email address, as provided in your employer's contract. You are not charged anything.
Access ends when your employer's contract ends or when your seat is withdrawn, for example when you leave the company. Your account then remains open, without access to paid sessions, and you can take out a personal subscription.
11. Customer service and mediation
For any question or complaint: [email protected]. We reply as soon as possible, and within thirty days at the latest.
If a written complaint to our customer service has not been resolved, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator we are registered with, within one year of that complaint: [nom du médiateur de la consommation], [adresse postale et site internet du médiateur].
12. Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by French law. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the protection granted to you by the mandatory rules of that country. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute is brought before the competent court under the ordinary rules of law.
13. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw, where this right applies.
